Lindauer Prosecco is a vibrant and fresh sparkling wine, delivering on the expressive hallmarks of all good things Italian! Beautiful jasmine aromas tinged with vanilla, apple and peach give way to a creamy palate with hints of honey, ripe citrus, and a delicate crispness, wonderfully finished with refreshing acidity.

The encapsulating notes of apple, red berries and wild strawberries, along with the pale pink colour of the Prosecco DOC Rosé, will add a touch of sweetness to any occasion.

The wine is a clear, bright ruby colour. A complex array of high toned red fruit aromas, ripe cherry, raspberry, cranberry with lifted floral notes, undertones of fine spice, savoury herb and quality oak Juicy, youthful and vibrant fruit driven palate. Super smooth and supple with delicate and fine fruity tannins complimenting a balanced spine of acidity. Pure cherry flavours with some sweet oak notes evident on the finish. 100% pressed rosé, its floral on the nose and clean on entry. Ideal for an aperitif, or accompanying a number of summer style dishes.

The nose is packed with an abundance of citrus and stone fruit, together with the tropical aromas of pineapple and guava. Interspersed also with floral notes reminiscent of honeysuckle and jasmine. The palate is concentrated and mouth-filling, yet balanced with refreshing acidity that complements its lingering dry finish. Vegan Friendly.

A portion of nobly botrytic fruit has produced a distinctive style of wine. It has a core of citrus fruit characters, particularly lemons and limes, but there is also an undercurrent of white fleshed peaches and nectarines. The botrytis has added hints of honeysuckle and also given the wine extra concentration and richness. A seam of natural acidity and minerality flows through the wine and gives it an off-dry finish length and zest.
