In 2015 Four Pillars combined their Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create the Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. And now each year they steep Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin, and after eight weeks they press the fruit before blending with more Rare Dry Gin.

A new and permanent member of the Four Pillars family, Fresh Yuzu Gin offers amazing aromatics that are a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit. The palate also features ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha, a Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice, for depth of flavour.

Similar in style to the Rare Dry Gin but with the addition of three fresh botanicals: turmeric to add weight and earthiness, ginger for spice and zesty native finger limes.

Galliano Sambuca Black is a deep 'Liquore alla Sambuca'. The delicate liqueur gets its colour from blending the original recipe with elderberries, turning the Sambuca liqueur a deep blue almost inky black shade. Quite unusual. A balanced aniseed taste gets a deep spicy berry finish.

This sambuca relies on an ingredient from China, Star Anise. Infused for four days, it is then distilled and blended with an extract of Mediterranean Anise. It is this pure and clear combination that gives Sambuca Galliano its distinct soft and round palate. Enjoy neat, over ice or with iced water as a refreshing long drink.
